Archives Technician program Newsletter now online
The May 2000 issue of "Archivally Bound." the newsletter of the Algonquin College Archives Technician Program is now online. Choose the "Program Newsletter" link on the program home page at: http://www.algonquincollege.com/archives/home/

An enhanced search engine, is now available on the National Library of Canada's Web site. Improvements have been made to better serve site users. The NLC Site Search can be accessed at: http://www.nlc-bnc.ca/nlsearch/esrchall.htm

The Canadian Committee on Archival Description (CCAD) is pleased to present for comment a revised version of chapter 9 (Records in Electronic Form) of Rules for Archival Description (RAD). CCAD is very interested in getting your comments on this greatly expanded chapter.
The document is now available on the CCA web site (www.CdnCouncilArchives.ca).
