The ASA is a not-for-profit association supporting archives and archivists in Alberta in the collection and preservation of records for the benefit of future generations. These records are essential as they capture the living legacy of the people and stories that make Alberta home. Together with members of the archival community, we are committed to protecting Alberta’s historical record.
This workshop equips those working in archives with skills to implement systems and tools to digitize and manage three of the most common carrier types: audio-cassettes, VHS tapes, and optical discs.
