Description:

Alberta on Record (AOR) has a CSV import function which allows users to import data from a spreadsheet or another database as long as the data matches the AtoM CSV format required. This function can be used to batch import new descriptions into AOR or update existing descriptions. In this workshop, learn how to prepare CSV sheets for your institution’s archival descriptions and authority records, whether you are exporting from an AtoM database or looking to map fields from your own database. AOR login credentials are not required for this workshop, but participants should have a working knowledge of the Rules of Archival Description (RAD).

Who should attend:

ONLY available to ASA Institutional Members

Pre-registration required. Information sent directly to ASA Institutional Members.
